What to expect when visiting our veterinary urgent care
Step 1: Choose your arrival time, or just walk on in
Call, text, or reserve your spot using our online waitlist if you want to plan ahead!
Step 2: We see your pet quickly
You and your pet come into a private exam room shortly after you arrive. No long waits wondering what’s happening or when you’ll be seen.
Step 3: We take time to listen and explain
Our team will discuss with you about what’s going on, answer your questions, and explain what we recommend—and what it costs.
Step 4: Treatment, relief, and peace of mind
Your pet gets the care they need, and you go home with clear next steps and answers to your questions. Plus, we send everything to your regular vet so your pet’s care stays connected.
Should I go to Healing Hearts Animal Urgent Care or to an emergency veterinary hospital?
When you’re not sure how serious your pet’s condition is, give us a call and we can walk you through next steps. We handle most urgent needs quickly, compassionately, and at a fraction of the cost compared to 24-hour emergency hospitals.
